We've learned that Ron Henderson died on 24th March, 2024 in hospital, in Rugby. He and his wife Allison (Jamieson) were in the same year at Morgan Academy, and most recently had lived in a church care home in Rugby. Allison has been suffering from dementia for about 10 years, and will continue to be cared for in the care home. They had a son, Derek, and a daughter, Judith; sadly, Judith died of cancer last year.
We have not seen any formal announcement regarding Ron's death, but understand that the funeral will likely be held in early May.
